Oiled surfaces in particular need regular care to maintain their resistance and beautiful shine.
Oiled woods have a very natural feel and look. These surfaces are particularly breathable and emphasize the natural grain. Those surfaces are limited water-repellent. Regular re-oiling is therefor important to maintain the protective layer an its shine. Is also prevents the wood from dehydratioin. The refreshing care is quick and easy!
After cleaning the board, apply our care oil generously with a lint-free cotton cloth and leave it to soak in for 15 minutes. Always rub the oil over the entire surface and do not work in spots, so that a uniform gloss level is maintained over the entire surface. Then polish off the excess with a cotton cloth. Once the oil has hardened - after about 24 hours - your table is ready for use again. Only resume damp cleaning of the table after a few days.
